Each piece is a celebration of life

Graces Shea Design

Lisa Barnhart is a native of Missouri who, from an early age, has held a passion for the arts. Nearly a decade ago she began working in stained glass while spending her summers in Alaska and her winters attending various art courses throughout the U.S. In 2000 she found herself settled back in St. Louis designing unique glass creations full time.

Lisa's self-trained artistic designs do not fit the confines of traditional stained glass due to the non-traditional attachments, found objects, and lampwork embellishments.

"Each piece is a celebration of life overlapping, intersecting, textures and patterns; otherwise unrelated items soldered together into a harmonious whole, like life itself."

Lisa is a Best of Missouri Hands Juried Artist, a Greater St. Louis Art Association Juried Member and Scholarship Committee Co-Chairman. Lisa's work was chosen as part of a permanent display at the Missouri Governor's Mansion.
